GROUP FITNESS WEEKLY SCHEDULE 

It doesn't matter your fitness level, just bring your towel, water and your positive energy. Do your best and have fun! That's what our classes are all about. Get fit the right way! 

CLASS ANNOUNCMENTS:

 

Class Cancellation: Aqua Class on Friday, September 30th at 9am will be cancelled.  

 

New Time: Kickboxing with Renee is now Wednesdays at 5pm starting September 28th

New Class: Pilates Mat with Terry will begin on Wednesdays, October 5th at 5:55pm (Express 30 minutes)

 

New Class:  Silver Sneakers with Ruby will begin on Wednesdays, October 5th at 11am
