GROUP FITNESS WEEKLY SCHEDULE

CLASS ANNOUNCEMENTS

*There will be no Zumba with Cathy on Tues 5/30 and Sat 6/3. 

 

*NEW TEMPORARY AQUA CLASS: With Desiree on Saturdays at 9am beginning May 6th through end of June 2023. 

*POUND IS BACK: Stephanie will be back to teach POUND at 6:30pm beginning Thursday 5/18
