We will help you maximize your results and get the most for your time and effort by being as efficient and productive as possible.

Small Group Training (SGT)

The workouts are in groups of 3 to 8 people and are designed to hit every major muscle group each class from all different angles. We want to create a constant change to get your body exactly where it deserves to be. Small groups allow for the trainer to personally assess your form while staying motivated with the people around you encouraging you.

CLASS TIMES

Wednesdays 6pm: with Chris

Saturdays 9am: with Ian

  • Being involved in athletics all of my life led me to my passion in training; helping others achieve their fitness and long term health goals

I grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ.  In my early years my passion was dance and and theatre.  I always pictured myself going to New York for a broadway career.  I had a turn of events when my father died at age 43 from a heart attack and likewise my mother 5 years later died from alcoholism at age 44.

I began to become very aware of my own health and lifestyle.  I was 18 and had no parents.  I was never like my friends.  I always exercised and also never drank like my friends.  Years went by and I got married had three kids continued exercising and always watched what I ate. I was the “go to” person for my friends, the person who everybody knew would have the answer on fitness and health.  One day a lightbulb went off and it became very clear that I should get into the fitness business. I was the exact age, in my mid 40s, of those that were seeking personal training so I knew I could relate to the clientele. In my time most women only did aerobic exercise they didn’t weight train.  I wanted to make a difference.  So I did a 180, went back to school and decided to become a trainer.  I also got involved with Pilates reformer. With my dance background this became my new passion. I do believe that Pilates reformer is the basics to movement and exercise as ballet is to dance. In a perfect world everybody should do Pilates reformer before they move onto the fitness floor.    In my spare time I LOVE being with my family.  I love hiking and traveling.  Oh and yes I LOVE to workout!  I’ve been to some of the most famous gyms during my travels!

My specialty is fitness for anyone.  Young, older, experienced or not!  I aim to inspire anyone I meet to get fit.  The way we go about it is an individual approach.

Tina Wescott grew up in Philadelphia Pa. where she studied Jazz and Ballet dance. She later moved to New Jersey and pursued an Associate’s degree in science from Camden County College. She was accepted into Thomas Jefferson’s ultra sound program but after working for a friend as a personal trainer and fitness instructor at a small kickboxing studio she decided to get ACE certified and continue on as a trainer. She then began working for Future Fitness where she continued her work as a fitness trainer. She then received her Pilates reformer certification which helps combine the discipline and focus of dance with core strength and flexibility. Having the opportunity to help her clients with strength, flexibility, core strength or any other form of fitness is very rewarding.

I have worked with several trainers and coaches (2 males, 3 females) along my way and I'm currently working with a female trainer to help me reach my goals from NJ, DE, down to Florida working with an Olympic sprinter coach. I have experience in weight loss as I was once myself overweight at 280 lbs. I also work with children as I have a high school child that wrestles "varsity" and plays football. I am also certified by AAAI-ISMA. I have been doing personal training for 4 years now. I have 10+ years of experience in weight loss and weight training. I have participated in 8 natural body building shows in the Northeast placing top 5 in 6 of them.

Theresa's love for fitness is contagious. She is always excited to help people of all ages achieve their fitness goals, lead a healthy lifestyle and feel good about themselves.

I've been a certified personal trainer since 2015 helping people of all ages achieve their goals and ambitions. I myself was overweight as a child and began training myself in high school to change that. Through the research I put in for myself for my journey I decided to use it to help other people too. "Do what you love for a living". Helping people sift through the contradictions and misinformation about fitness along with guiding them to be the best version of themselves is my passion.
